We have designated parking for two cars directly in front of the house. It is not covered. Del Norte Lane is a short gravel road from Rosario Blvd to our home.  It's navigable by car and foot. The parking space are spacious and gravel lined. Please do not park any RVs or travel trailers in the parking area - it's not allowed by the City of Santa Fe.

Waived as long as credit cardholder agrees that ALL members of the rental party (and any visitors) will have read entire arrival guidebook and departure checklist. <br />
Please let us know if you prefer to pay a refundable $1000 damage deposit instead.

You are welcome to bring children, but be aware that the home is not child proof and there are stairs inside the home.

I will send access instructions the morning of your arrival day before 9am.

We are avid coffee drinkers and have a Cuisinart 14-cup coffee maker, coffee grinder and filters available.  We also have a fully equipped kitchen with quality knives, pans, serving pieces and an assortment appliances; crockpot, blender, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, juicer and immersion blender.  Please use the pine cabinet for your grocery storage - everything will be at your fingertips and easily accessible. 

The Rosario Hill neighborhood is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Santa Fe.

Enjoy a glass of wine on the back patio while watching the sunset.  The front patio has two lounging chairs and a footstool.  We also have a propane fire pit to enjoy! An adobe wall surrounds the downstairs patios, on a pretty day leave the doors open and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

We have smoke detectors throughout the home. There is also a carbon monoxide detector in the livingroom. The fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen sink cabinet.  You'll find a small first aid kit in the upstairs supply closet.

You are welcome to bring children, but the home is not child proof and there are stairs inside the home.

We have a strict no party, no event policy.  This home is in a quiet neighborhood - please respect our neighbors.

Absolutely no cigarette smoking is allowed inside or outside our home.  Please respect this rule, if it's violated we will charge for smoke remediation at your expense.

High speed wifi makes working or streaming your favorite channel a breeze.  We do have a Roku on the TV in the living room. Feel free to login to your Hulu/Amazon/Netflix, etc to watch your favorite shows.  We ask that you log-out of your accounts prior to your departure.

Enjoy our vintage vinyl collection! Flip through the stack of albums and spin a tune while relaxing from your day.  We have a bluetooth speaker that once you connect to your phone, you can also enjoy your own selection of music.

We live in Austin Texas and choose to make Santa Fe our second home. We are native Austinites that love incredible food, walking in a vibrant historic downtown and getting outside to enjoy the fresh, cool mountain air.  Santa Fe holds a special place in our hearts and hope it does for you too!
